Thank you for choosing bllogistic. Because we offer specialized logistics consulting and digital gift cards, our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce stores that sell physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Logistics & Consulting Services

Our logistics packages (Basic, Standard, Advanced, Premium, and Enterprise) involve dedicated time, supplier coordination, and operational planning. Therefore, refunds are handled under the following terms:

• Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase, provided that our team has not yet commenced work on your project (e.g., contacting suppliers, drafting documentation, or arranging shipping).
• Partial Refund: If work has already commenced but the service has not been fully delivered, we may issue a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. The refunded amount will be calculated by deducting the operational costs and billable hours already invested by our team.
• No Refund: Once the logistics service has been fully executed (e.g., shipping has been arranged, customs documentation submitted, or supplier coordination completed), no refunds will be issued.

2. Gift Cards

All sales of Gift Cards are final. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

3. Third-Party Fees

Please note that any external fees incurred during the logistics process (such as customs duties, carrier fees, or supplier charges) are entirely non-refundable by bllogistic.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request for an eligible service, please contact us via our Contact Page or email us directly with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your case and respond within 3-5 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
